Harley saved up all of her money for a whole year and presented it to the SPCA at our Fall Open House.
We anxiously await the day when Harley will start volunteering with us!"

"Happy Birthday Bryan"
In December of 2002, the West Michigan SPCA, was contacted by a woman from a firm in L.A.
We were asked to fax a copy of our 501(c)(3) paperwork and a little information about our
organization. We were told that they may have a client who would be interested in making
a donation to our sanctuary. Not knowing who this client may be, we wasted no time in
faxing the necessary documents. As it turns out, the client was the
Red Hot Chili Peppers
and the donation was a check in the amount of $7,500. A big thank you to Anthony, Flea, Chad,
John, and Blackie! Not only do these guys have a big hit with their new cd “By the Way”,
but they also have a big heart when it comes to animals.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers continue their generosity with donations of $10,000 in January 2004, December 2004, and in December 2005.
A huge thank you to the Red Hot Chili Peppers for their continued support of our sanctuary. Their generosity goes a long way to
provide for the animals.
Thank you to Patricia Howard's 7th grade Language Arts Class at North Muskegon for their Sponsorship of PonyBoy.
Parkwoods Apartments for cabinets for our exotics room and wildlife rehabilitation center.
Cloverville Orchard Market for their daily donations of produce for our animals.
Glenside Plumbs for their daily donations of produce for our animals.
The Walmart on Henry St. for their continued donation of pet food and supplies.
